Wesley J Gano - Principle, RealityCharting
Wesley J Gano is a principle at Apollonian Publications LLC, a training and software company that helps people improve their problem-solving skills. He has spent his career developing solutions that get the most out of a person’s commitment to understanding cause and effect relationships with tools that build upon a common reality.
He has been sharing his passion for the benefits of using the Apollo Root Cause Analysis methodology and RealityCharting software since 2005 and most recently led his team in bringing the cloud-based RC Pro software to market.
Gary Tyne - Director, Pro-Reliability Solutions Ltd.
Gary boasts an extensive 38 year-career in the Maintenance and Reliability field. Beginning as an apprentice maintenance technician with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) UK, Gary was seconded to the ICI MT group where he became trained in RCM, RCA and TPM techniques. Gary left ICI after 15 years and emigrated to New Zealand where he became a site reliability engineer at Shell Todd Oil Services. This was followed by five years in Australia working as a Reliability Consultant in the Mining and Refining sectors.
In 2009 Gary returned to the UK, were he spent two years with Syngenta as a site reliability engineer. Here he implemented the Root Cause Analysis process and used the Isograph AWB software for reliability improvement and facilitated studies both in the UK and Switzerland.
In 2018, Gary started his own company Pro-Reliability Solutions, and they now have offices in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.
Gary has delivered various reliability studies, root cause analysis investigations, and maintenance and reliability training courses around the world. These are within numerous industry verticals such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, automotive, and general manufacturing companies.
